At Brede School Rembrandt, we offer a rich and varied educational program that meets each child’s needs. Our curriculum includes a strong focus on language, mathematics, digital literacy and citizenship, complemented by art and culture. We strive for high educational quality by continuously improving and using modern learning approaches. Our enthusiastic and professional team provides an inspiring learning environment where children are encouraged to bring out the best in themselves.
Every morning at Brede School Rembrandt, children receive lessons in the core subjects of language and mathematics from their regular teacher. Within these lessons, students work with learning goals, stimulating their curiosity and investigative attitude. After that, there is time for interdisciplinary themes, allowing them to understand societal issues from different perspectives. During thematic education, various skills are encouraged, such as collaboration, research and critical thinking.
Social Skills
We attach great importance to a safe and positive learning environment. We teach children to interact respectfully with each other and encourage social skills such as collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution. Customisation
Brede School Rembrandt offers customisation to meet each child’s individual needs. Our education is flexible, and we offer different approaches that match the students’ learning style and pace. Our teachers are assisted by our teaching assistants and teacher supporters. These staff members instruct and guide individual students or small groups of students. We use a school support profile (SOP).
We provide extra guidance and support when needed and encourage children to discover and develop their talents. Our goal is to create an inclusive learning environment where all students have equal opportunities to grow and excel.
