Complaints Procedure
We find it important that you come to school with your questions, comments, concerns, or complaints and discuss them with us. This way, we can understand your experiences and work together on solutions.
Internal Confidential Counsellor
If you are dissatisfied with an aspect of the school, the teacher is generally the first point of contact. If you cannot resolve the issue with the teacher, you can contact the management. You can schedule an appointment for a meeting with the management by mailing: directie.rembrandt@ogamstelland.nl.
If you still feel that your complaints are not being heard, you can contact the internal confidential counsellor. The confidential counsellor listens to your complaints, provides advice, and creates a plan if necessary. They investigate whether the situation warrants a formal complaint or if mediation is possible.

External Confidential Counsellor
If the above steps do not satisfactorily resolve your issue, the complaints procedure applies. You can contact the external confidential counsellor, Ms. P. (Pepita) David. She can be reached at 06-34348288 or via email at p.david@dtconnect.nl.
This external confidential counsellor is appointed by the board of Onderwijsgroep Amstelland to carry out this task and represent the complainant’s interests. The counsellor is independent to prevent conflicts of interest and will handle all information confidentially; there is professional secrecy. The counsellor can assist you in submitting your complaint to the Christian Education Complaints Committee.
